Natalie
Connoyer of Midway, Illinois heard about Joy of a Child and contacted
us after reading an article in the Alton Telegraph newspaper.
She asked her Pastor, Rev. Julie Pigg, if her church, Midway United
Church of Christ, could partner with Joy of a Child |
|
to help improve the lives of the children they were reaching, Pastor
Pigg agreed.
It was decided to make Joy of a
Child a missions project and over a period of several weeks adults
and children alike worked together to gather supplies and finances.
On behalf of the children that
have been blessed by their generosity, we want to thank Pastor
Julie Pigg, Natalie Connoyer, and the congregation of Midway United
Church of Christfor their help and support.
