Pastors, church leaders, school administrators, and prison officials embraced our ministry. In South Africa, eleven events were held in six days including revival services, and outdoor crusades where over 5000 people were in attendance.
The presence of God was so real during each event, stirring well over 500 people to give their lives to Christ.
Upon arrival in Johannesburg, one of the first ministry sites was a maximum security prison. After a concert and message by Evangelist Dwight Brackman to over 200 in attendance, 30 people made decisions for Christ.
Following the service a child's inflatable swimming pool was brought into the prisons courtyard and filled with water. Seventy four inmates were baptized! It became one of the most memorable moments of the week.
Willie Dengler, the Pastor of Mayfair Baptist church and Mike Harris, in the picture on the right, have an extensive prison ministry in South Africa. Evangelist Brackman handed a check to Bro. Harris to provide bibles for inmates and help further spread the gospel in prisons there.

During four nights of revival at the Mayfair Baptist Church in Johannesburg, decisions were made for Christ and many received a fresh touch from God.
Upon returning to the U.S., the Pastor of Mayfair described to us what had happened since our visit. He informed us that the anointing of God he felt upon our ministry was still lingering upon the people. We are rejoicing with Mayfair for the great things God has done and is continuing to do!
The Holy Spirit moved in an awesome and powerful way in several schools including those in AIDS affected areas. In one school we saw nearly 90% of the students, shown in the picture to the right, raise their hands to give their life to Jesus Christ.
Muslim students were in attendance at some of the schools and welcomed the concerts and messages.
At times, Dwight even had them singing Christian songs with him. Hearts were touched and souls were saved, all for the glory of God.
At one school a young Muslim girl waited until most of the students had returned to class then came to Dwight and shared with him that she was of another religion (meaning Islam).
At one school a young Muslim girl waited until most of the students had returned to class then came to Dwight and shared with him that she was of another religion (meaning Islam). She stated that the message had really touched her heart. We thank God for the seeds that were planted in everyone of these young people.
Although we witnessed a mighty outpouring of the Holy Spirit in South Africa, the nation is in critical need of revival. South Africa is afflicted by a high crime rate, and AIDS is destroying lives everyday.
Pray for South Africa, for a sweeping move of God that will bring healing and restoration to the people of this nation that will affect generations to come.
